Brinksgaards Black Sun Rome - Handcrafted
The base room is a 12 year solera rum from the Dominican Republic and contains 40% alcohol.
The rum is stored here with us on sherryfad - we have added sugar tongs from the marsh, sugar cane syrup and in each bottle is a tonka bean,
which indicates starlings foods while giving the tonka bean a mild flavor of vanilla.
The starlings ability to break down alcohol is 14 times as effective as in humans, and this property
especially young birds benefit, as fruits and berries are an important part of their food.
Fruits and berries contain alcohol when fermented.
