Arrild is an enterprising village in Tønder municipality, right in the heart of Southern Jutland.

In 1976, the then mayor, Christian Jakobsen, got the fantastic idea to establish a holiday town.

Today, there are about 450 privately owned cottages, and new ones are being built regularly. In the resort there is plenty of opportunity for leisure activities. Arrild Fiskesø offers 2 lakes connected by fly fishing stream, which can be mentioned Arrild Golf, Mini golf, Tennis court, Beach volleyball, fenced Playground ,, Multibane, Krolf and Petanque.

Arrild Holiday town is a good starting point for an active holiday for the whole family.

Take a vacation in central Jutland and be independent of weather and wind.

With its central location only 30 km from the East Coast, the West Coast and to the border, Central Jutland is a natural starting point for your holiday.

The beautiful nature is indescribable and includes meadow, marsh, lakes, creeks and forest.
